Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?

For non-food items, yes. You can return the item within 14 days of receiving it if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Contact us and we will provide instructions for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Can I return macarons or food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our macarons, we do not accept returns on food products. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

How do I check the status of my order?
