At La Jolie Maison, we want you to absolutely adore every precious treasure you receive from us. Each macaron is lovingly handcrafted and each accessory thoughtfully curated to bring you joy.

ACCESSORIES RETURNS: • Return window: 30 days from delivery date • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached • Return shipping: Customer responsible for return postage costs • Refund method: Original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item • Refund amount: Full purchase price minus original shipping costs

MACARONS: • Due to their delicate, perishable nature, macarons cannot be returned • Quality concerns: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery • We will provide full refund or replacement for damaged/defective items

HOW TO RETURN:

1. Email us at bonjour@lajoliemaison.uk with order number and reason for return 

2.We'll send return authorization and instructions within 24 hours

3. Package items securely and ship to our returns address

4. Refund processed once we receive and inspect returned items
