At La Jolie Maison, we want you to be completely delighted with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we're here to help with the same care we put into creating our precious items.

For Our Delicate Macarons: Our artisanal macarons are crafted fresh and are wonderfully delicate by nature. Due to their perishable quality, we're unable to accept returns. However, if you have any concerns about your macarons, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at bonjour@lajoliemaison.uk. We'll be delighted to provide a full refund or send you fresh replacements if anything isn't perfect.

For Our Curated Accessories: We want you to love your accessories as much as we do! You have 30 days from delivery to return any accessory that isn't quite right. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags lovingly attached. While we ask that you cover the return postage, we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that original shipping costs aren't included in the refund.
