Our "Elizabeth" - As La Jolie Maison is based in the Royal Town of Windsor we just had to create this irresistible citron flavoured macaron in loving memory of the Queen.
In bright yellow colours with a delicate gold sparkle, this eye-catching macaron is filled with love, home-made lemon curd with a hint of lemon drizzle, and decorated with the iconic image of Her Majesty.
